Jewish Women's Krav Maga Class for Self-Defense- Level II (Approval Required)

Instructor Leslie Lefranc has skillfully adapted Krav Maga specifically for women. Her methods and strategies address scenarios frequently faced by women at work and in public spaces. Our classes emphasize four key areas: self-defense, situational awareness, fitness, and self-confidence. Participants are motivated and empowered to concentrate on practical issues.

Leslie was certified as a full IKMA Gidon system Krav Maga instructor in 2012 under US Chief Instructor and 3rd Degree Black Belt, Israeli Krav Maga David Khan. She trained with Israeli Masters for long hours and attended many seminars worldwide to hone her skills. In 2015, she learned and certified for the women-enabled pink belt at the Gracie Academy in Torrance, California, with Rener Gracie.
