Jewish Women's Krav Maga Class for Self-Defense- Level I (All Welcome )

Instructor Leslie Lefranc has expertly tailored Krav Maga for women. Her teaching tools and techniques are aimed at situations commonly confronting women in work, and in public. Our classes stress four main areas: self-defense, situational awareness, fitness, and self-confidence. Participants are engaged and empowered to focus on real-world concerns.

Leslies Bio:

Leslie was certified as a full IKMA Gidon system Krav Maga instructor in 2012 under US Chief Instructor and 3rd Degree Black Belt, Israeli Krav Maga David Khan. She trained with Israeli Masters for long hours and attended many seminars worldwide to hone her skills. In 2015, she learned and certified for the women-enabled pink belt at the Gracie Academy in Torrance, California, with Rener Gracie.
